Help setting up Claude.
A handful of friends asked me to help them get set up: a therapist who wanted a system for processing patient notes, an architect curious about my setup, a small landlording business buried in fiddly mail. So I started sitting with people for a couple of hours, building the connections that would have saved them the time, and leaving them with something that runs.
The shape that's emerging: Claude as a connective layer on top of the tools you already use. Email, transcripts, meeting notes, client files, the CMS you actually touch. Less re-explaining yourself to every tool. More of your day on the work that only you can do.
A creative director I worked with once said, "I'll define the vision, you handle the gak." The gak is the administrative, bureaucratic, fiddly stuff we all live in. A lot of this work is getting Claude to handle the gak so you have room for the other thing.
Not a course. Not a tutorial. Not a vault build. A working session: we walk through a week of your actual practice, find where context gets stuck, and build something live.
Who it's for
White-collar professionals with established practices drowning in disconnected tools. Therapists. Mindfulness educators. Facilitators. Executive coaches. Consultants and small operators with a heavy meeting and client-communication load.
