Right now I'm working with an audio network on YouTube analytics, distribution deals, and the month-to-month rhythm of a business that has to keep its mission and its P&L in the same room. And with an AI-native animation studio on slate strategy, buyer mapping, and the fundraising arc that turns a project pipeline into a company.
